On Wednesday 5th July, 2022 we celebrated the grand opening of our new ‘state of the art’, eco-friendly office and warehouse building in Makomako Road, Palmerston North.
At New Zealand Van Lines we are committed to the development of a sustainable future. Our new, modern facility in Palmerston North is a first within the New Zealand moving and storage industry being 100% solar powered.
NZ Van Lines new purpose-built branch and storage facility will deliver a full suite of premium removal and storage services to customers in the Manawatu and regional areas of the Central North Island, providing a direct service into and out of the region from anywhere in New Zealand or worldwide.
In attendance at the opening ceremony was Mayor of Palmerston North Mr Grant Smith, corporate customers, service partners and employees.
Mark Pitcher, Managing Director says, “Our new Palmerston North branch is one of the smartest properties in the Manawatu which I’m immensely proud of. The new facility will deliver increased capabilities for our customers allowing growth and progression of our employees and further investment into the Manawatu Region.”
